6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Night Shift:

PrideNow, the light industrial staffing division of Pride Global, is hiring on behalf of a leading food manufacturing company. We are seeking

Maintenance Technicians

to support a high-speed baking and packaging operation. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, automated environment focused on keeping production running efficiently and safely.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on baking, packaging, and process equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems
Support equipment changeovers, line startups, and production transitions
Follow and enforce safety standards including OSHA, Lockout/Tagout, and food safety (GMP/SQF) procedures
Complete work orders and document maintenance activities accurately and on time
Maintain spare parts inventory and identify parts needed for repairs
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED preferred (technical training or certifications a plus)
2–3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or automated environment (preferred)
Experience with systems such as pneumatics, hydraulics, boilers, and compressed air (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Basic computer skills for work order tracking
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Lift 50+ lbs, stand, climb, stoop, and perform repetitive motions
Work in varying temperatures and industrial bakery conditions
