Full-time position available for an experienced Licensed Plumber/Boiler Technician. We provide a wide range of plumbing services to our residential customers as well as providing expert service and maintenance on a wide variety of residential FHW heating equipment throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Plumber to our team. Duties include replacement/installation of residential plumbing fixtures, pipe repair, leak detection, water heater replacement and the servicing and repair of forced hot water heating systems

Job Duties
* Effectively troubleshoot, diagnose and repair plumbing issues
* Service and install water heaters
* Perform repair and maintenance services on forced hot water heating systems
* Exceed customer expectations and resolve any concerns promptly
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products that would be in the best interest of the customer
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service calls and work performed
* Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
* Participate actively in all training and on-going education
Job Requirements
* Strong knowledge of plumbing codes
* Boiler experience a plus
* Oil experience a plus
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Able to communicate effectively and be professional with customers
