Position Overview
Homestead Outdoor Lighting & Sprinklers is a growing General Contractor (Commercial & Residential) specializing in outdoor lighting and irrigation solutions. We focus on building long-term service contracts with HOAs, apartment complexes, and office parks while delivering high-quality installation and maintenance services. We are a full-service general contractor seeking an experienced Sales Manager to grow revenue, improve margins, and build a high-performance, multi-location sales organization.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to grow revenue, improve margins, build a high-performance, multi-location sales organization, and generate new business and close commercial contracts. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle from outreach and relationship building to presenting proposals and closing deals with commercial clients.
This is a performance-driven role focused on revenue growth, pipeline development, and contract acquisition.

Required Qualifications:
3-7+ years sales leadership in construction/general contracting (commercial and residential experience required).
Documented, verifiable record of consistent year-over-year sales growth.
Proven experience building and managing sales teams across multiple locations.
Demonstrated success increasing closing ratios and improving project margins.
Strong understanding of construction estimating, bidding, contract terms and project lifecycle.
Proficient with CRM systems and sales analytics; excellent forecasting abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
Valid driver's license; willingness to travel.

Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Business, or related field.
Experience with large commercial projects and residential developments.
Experience in landscaping, irrigation, outdoor lighting, or construction-related services
Existing network with HOAs, property managers, or commercial real estate professionals
