Scanning Technician
Summary of Position The Scanning Technician operates a high-speed scanning machine to make digitized copies of documents. This position converts paper documents to digital images using scanning equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the operation of high-speed scanning equipment.
Convert high volumes of hard copy files into quality digital images.
Responsible for verifying the accuracy, clarity and completeness of all digitized documents. To include:
Image Quality: clear and legible text, no blurriness, skewing, proper brightness and contrast, correct page orientation, rotation of images, correct resolution (300 DPI)
Scanned File Completeness: All pages scanned, no missing, duplicated or cut-off pages
Evaluates documents to ensure all output meets strict quality control standards.
Ability to consistently maintain set production quotas.
Highly detailed oriented, with great attention to quality output, data integrity and adherence to a production quota.
Follows all security and privacy policies, standards and guidelines to protect the informational assets of both the company and their customers.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
Flexibility to work overtime (OT) or weekends as needed.
Ability to lift 30 - 50 lbs.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Must have US Citizenship or be a Lawful Permanent Resident
Must have registered with the Selective Service (Males only)
Must be Federal Tax Compliant
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government clearance
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm or 12pm-9pm
Pay:
$23.59/hour ($18.50/hour + $5.09 Health & Wellness)
