Surgical Technician – Ortho
Pay Range: $29.98–$46.57/hr + up to $20K sign-on + relocation
Requirements to apply
Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire
BLS certification (AHA) upon hire
Current Surgical Technologist experience or recent program completion
Preferred: 2+ years of operating room experience
Full‑time Orthopedic Surgical Tech role on a day shift schedule supporting high‑quality surgical care in a fast‑paced OR environment.
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to function as the scrub tech in orthopedic procedures. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining sterile fields, selecting and setting up instruments and equipment, and assisting surgeons during procedures. This role also supports case cart preparation, room turnover, and overall OR efficiency. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, team‑focused, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and surgical excellence.
