White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Certified Scrub Tech II for our Operating Room department.

As a Certified Scrub Tech II You Will

Assist the Surgical Team in providing a safe, appropriate, and culturally aware patient care

Help surgeons during surgery by passing them instruments and other sterile supplies

Prepare the Operation Room with all necessary supplies

Properly sterilize required instruments and supplies

Serve as surgical assistant as needed

Assist in order and restocking Operating Room supplies and instruments

Qualifications Include

High school or GED required

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program and certified

1 year hospital Operating Room experience preferred

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Work Schedule

Employment Type: Variable Part time

Hours per Week: 8

Typical Daily Schedule: Varies

Shift Type: Rotating

Pay Range
$29.08 - $42.17 per hour. Salary discussions will be addressed during the screening process for positions not displayed or Per Diem.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as: United States of America (Non-Exempt).

Those testing positive are given the opportunity to re‑apply in 90 days, if they can truthfully attest that they have not used any nicotine products in the past ninety (90) days and successfully pass follow‑up testing.
