Job Summary
Unit Manager on a 24‑hour basis responsible for overseeing nursing management and staff, directing, guiding and assisting in fulfilling responsibilities, and managing the outpatient dialysis program.
Qualifications & Skills
2‑3 years of critical‑care experience (management experience preferred)
Leadership qualities: good communication skills, ability to inspire confidence, plan, implement and evaluate change
Strong critical‑thinking, essential job‑function performance, and the ability to promote growth of others
