Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Could Include
Develop agentic integrations in Python that leverage multiple AI models, APIs, and data sources in production
Build tools and agentic workflows using frameworks such as PydanticAI, LangGraph, and DeepAgents
Work directly with stakeholders and cyber analysts to understand workflows and identify high‑impact automation opportunities
Design and implement real‑time analytics pipelines in Python using Apache Kafka for stream processing and Elasticsearch for indexing and querying
Maintain and troubleshoot a production‑grade agentic platform
Minimum Qualifications
Clearance:
Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, must be active. We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances
Citizenship:
Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas
3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
Four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in place of a Bachelor’s degree
Required Skills
Software development experience with strong Python proficiency
Hands‑on experience building and maintaining production applications serving hundreds to thousands of users
Understanding of AI development concepts, including prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, and tool and function calling
Experience developing resilient, scalable stream processing applications using modern messaging and event‑streaming platforms
Experience leveraging AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and automation
Desired Skills
Experience with agentic workflows and multi‑agent orchestration
Background in cybersecurity or understanding of security operations workflows
Experience managing deployments in AWS Cloud with Kubernetes
Experience with GitLab CI/CD automation
Experience with retrieval systems such as RAG, vector databases, and semantic search
Experience analyzing cybersecurity‑related data sets such as network traffic and OS events
Knowledge of end‑to‑end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations
Compensation Range: $129,000.00 – $166,000.00
The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
