Senior Finance Manager – Cash Flow Support (Winston Salem, NC)

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for Cash Flow consolidation and variance analysis.

Provide early updates to CP&A leadership team regarding Cash Flow delivery progress and monthly control.

Direct and indirect cash flow reporting for the US.

Financial modelling of US Cash flow.

Track cash flow initiatives and working capital reporting for each sub‑function in the US.

Business partnering with Finance subfunctions to improve cash flow delivery.

Monthly monitor of main balance sheet KPIs.

Active participation in Internal Control compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or related areas.

5+ years of experience in related areas.

Strong analytical skills: ability to consolidate reports for analysis and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Financial management experience in planning, budget control, and compliance.

Strategic thinking with strong influence and leadership skills.

Strong understanding of balance sheets, working capital and cash flow management.

Ability to understand and challenge the status quo.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with budget holders and cross‑functional teams.
