Office Manager/Executive Assistant
Under the direction of the Chief of Staff, the Office Manager supports the Chief of Staff and Constituent Services.
Work Objectives/Essential Functions
Collaborates with the Office of Division Counsel as needed for cases involving criminal charges.
Supports the Chief of Schools with coordinator of Legislative Committee and other School Board Advisory Committees
Supports the management of Alvin York Bandy Complex.
Monitors the budget accounts for travel and other administrative expenses.
Serves as the primary point of contact for constituent services.
Supports the Director of Student Conduct, as needed.
Education and Experience
Education Attainment (Required): High School Diploma or equivalent
Relevant Experience (Required): Five (5) years of experience in a professional office environment, experience in K-12 education is required.
Required Licensures and Certifications
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge
Knowledge of standard office practices, procedures, equipment, and clerical skills.
Knowledge and consistent implementation of English grammar, usage, spelling, and computation.
Skills
Proficient in office document and spreadsheet software's (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
Proficient or able to become proficient in form and document creation software's (e.g., Acrobat Canva)
Abilities
Meet deadlines for all work even when working on multiple projects.

Ability to demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills.
