About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to lead and oversee all its accounting functions. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and innovative individual with a proven track record in providing successful growth strategies. This senior leader will be responsible for directing all financial activities, including reporting, planning, supervision, and investments. They will also play a key role in guiding the organization’s financial area toward growth and expansion, and will be involved in forecasting, budgeting, and preparing for the next level of financial management.

Applicants for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company should be prepared to take on a wide range of responsibilities. These include preparing and filing annual tax returns, financial statements, and business activity reports, as well as supervising a team of employees in various financial roles. The role requires a strong understanding of organizational policies, federal and state regulations, and current accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, with a Master’s degree and CPA designation preferred, and at least 4 years of related experience. Proficiency in PC software, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential. The CFO will also be expected to lead staff training and development in budgeting and financial management areas.
