We are seeking an experienced
Human Resources Manager
to lead and manage all HR functions at our manufacturing plant. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring in-office presence five days a week. The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR partner with a proven track record in
implementing HR processes, managing employee relations, and driving compliance with employment laws . You will play a key role in shaping workplace culture, supporting leadership, and ensuring consistent HR practices across the organization.

This role is perfect for a hands-on
Human Resources Manager
who can implement operational improvements such as
time clock systems, HR policies and procedures, onboarding programs, and performance management frameworks .
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent application across the plant.
Serve as a trusted HR advisor to management and employees, addressing employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, and manage open enrollment and benefits changes.
Oversee payroll processing for both exempt and non-exempt employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage 401(k) plan administration, audits, and reporting.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Implement operational improvements such as time clocks, HR workflows, and process enhancements to drive efficiency.
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture that aligns with organizational values.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of payroll, HR compliance, employment law, and HR systems.
Experience implementing HR processes, policies, and operational improvements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Must be available to work onsite five days a week.
