We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Electrician / Lead Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role working on and overseeing small crews (4+ techs) on residential and commercial low voltage projects throughout Southern California.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience in low voltage and/or telecommunications
- Experience leading small crews (4+ technicians)
- Strong knowledge of structured cabling, access control, and CCTV systems
- Experience with coax cabling for LMR/UHF and DAS systems
- Ability to test, certify, and troubleshoot cabling systems
- Able to read blueprints and job plans
- Skilled with hand and power tools
- OSHA 10/30 preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise job site crews
- Manage materials, labor, and workflow
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Set daily goals and maintain production
- Perform hands-on installation and troubleshooting work
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work in various environments including indoor/outdoor sites, heights, lifts, and in changing weather conditions. This is a physically demanding trade.
Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Monday-Friday
Hours are TBC based on job site but most likely early morning start time(s)
Must have a CA driver's lic and reliable transportation to travel throughout Southern California.
