Office Administrative Assistant
We're looking for a reliable, motivated Office Administrative Assistant to become a key part of our everyday operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in organization, and wants to build practical office skills in a supportive environment.
You'll assist with everything from data entry and purchasing to shipping, invoicing, and general office support. No college degree required we value a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
You'll be hands-on in supporting our team and keeping the office running smoothly, including:
Accurate Data Entry Enter part numbers, inventory updates, and other records into systems and spreadsheets with attention to detail.
Accounts Receivable Management Assist with collections, customer billing and payment processing.
Invoicing & Billing Assistance Support accounts payable and receivable with invoice entry, organization, and follow-ups.
General Office Support Filing, organizing documents, answering phones, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.
Cross-Department Collaboration Work with inventory, service, and sales teams to keep workflows efficient and organized.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email, efficient typing)
Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Clean background check required
Bonus: Basic accounting knowledge or QuickBooks experience
