Job Details
Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the successful delivery of commercial and institutional construction projects across the region. This role works closely with Project Managers and field leadership to coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and documentation—ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in construction fundamentals, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is motivated to grow into full project management leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent field experience)
Strong understanding of construction documents and drawings
Experience with submittals, RFIs, change management, and pay apps
Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam (or similar platforms)
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Ability to collaborate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, and trades
