who can break down ambiguity, identify root causes, and propose practical next steps

Collaborative , open, and trustworthy, comfortable partnering within and across teams and sharing knowledge

and committed to accuracy, consistency, and documentation

A proactive communicator , providing clear updates and surfacing risks, dependencies, or data limitations early

Service-minded , embracing our "people helping people" philosophy in day-to-day work by supporting colleagues and keeping the member impact at the center of analysis

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
