We are seeking a highly organized, tech savvy, and detail-oriented
Office Manager / Executive Assistant
to support our team leader and large real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a
fast-paced environment , excels at multitasking, and can
manage operations, coordinate meetings and events, and oversee administrative functions
to ensure office efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the central point of coordination between
agents, administrative staff, and leadership
Assist with
onboarding new team members , including setting up online profiles and training materials
Manage and prep for
meetings, events, and marketing plans
Assist with
document preparation, contracts, and marketing materials
Create Systems
to implement / automate / track marketing plans.
Set up online programs and automations to work seamlessly
Coordinate with local businesses
for events and partnerships
Oversee
team accountability
Manage
budgets, office supplies, and agent/client gifts
Handle
incoming inquiries and database management

Quick learner

Available Full-time Mon-Friday 8:00-5:00pm
