For over six decades, Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital has provided exceptional care to pets and their families. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, high-quality service while supporting our clients and veterinary teams through every step of their pet's journey. As a CSR, you'll play a vital role in creating positive experiences for clients while helping pets receive the care they need.
Located in Plymouth Meeting, PA, Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital is a multi-service facility offering general practice, 24/7 emergency care, and specialty services including internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, and more. We also provide boarding, daycare, grooming, and rehabilitation.

As a CSR, you are often the first and last point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in ensuring a seamless experience. In this role, you will:
Welcome clients and patients warmly, providing a positive first impression
Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently
Assist with check-ins and check-outs for emergency, specialty, and general practice services
Guide clients through treatment plans, billing, and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all client information is up-to-date
Collaborate closely with doctors, technicians, and fellow CSRs to keep hospital operations running smoothly
Provide clear, compassionate communicationespecially in emergency or emotional situations
Help manage a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
This is a full-time position with the following set schedule:
Sunday 2:00pm-8:00pm, Monday 8:00am-6:00pm, Tuesday 12:00pm-5:00pm, Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm, Friday 6:00am-4:00pm
Starting at $18.00/hour
