What You ll Do
As a
Veterinary Technician , you ll play a vital role in supporting our doctors and patients across various services. Whether you're assisting in surgery, monitoring hospitalized pets, or guiding clients through aftercare, your day will be filled with opportunities to make a difference.
In this role, you will:
Perform and support
inpatient and outpatient care , including triage, diagnostics, treatments, and discharges
Assist with
emergency cases , anesthesia, and surgical preparation/monitoring
Manage
labs, bloodwork, radiographs , and medication administration (IV, IM, SQ, oral)
Provide clear, compassionate
client communication
and education
Maintain accurate medical records and patient logs (SOAPs)
Monitor hospitalized patients, collaborate on rounds, and support overnight emergencies (if applicable)
Participate in
training and mentorship
for new team members
Support your department s organization, cleanliness, and inventory
You ll be trained and encouraged to cross-train with different specialties (ER, anesthesia, surgery, internal medicine, and more), allowing you to
broaden your skill set
and explore different areas of interest.

full-time position

position with
10-hour shifts
that vary between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM (typical shifts include 6a 5p, 7a 6p, 8a 7p, or 10a 9p) and rotating weekends
Compensation
Starting at
$21-$26/hr , depending on experience and credentials
$5,000 sign-on bonus

Experience as a Veterinary Technician (credentialed or non-credentialed)
Proficiency in basic technical skills (IV catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, lab work, triage, etc.)
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
