Key Job Responsibilities
Overall safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for delivery station operations.
Drive vision and create quality initiatives, process changes, lean initiatives to meet and exceed the business plan.
Problem‑solve gaps between performance and goals.
Set and clarify requirements and expectations for Senior Ops, Ops, Area and Shift Managers; measure performance, provide feedback and hold accountable.
Manage 24/7 delivery of Amazon orders to customers under increasing volume and complexity.
Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with multiple Delivery Service Providers.
Present operational metrics regularly to senior leadership.
Hire and develop talent; implement a talent plan covering acquisition, performance and career management, learning, succession planning and engagement.
Leverage managers to source and nurture ideas and roll them into improvement plans.
Cultivate strong culture and engagement across all levels.
Share best practices across departments, shifts and the network.
Collaborate with business partners (Transport & Sortation, DSP Management, Finance, Loss Prevention, IT, HR, ACES, Engineering) to secure support and resources for projects.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
7+ years of direct management experience in logistics, fulfillment, last‑mile manufacturing, engineering, production or distribution.
Track record of delivering performance and financial results in high‑pressure environments.
Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and lean techniques.
Experience with full lifecycle staffing: interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, terminations.
Strong analytical capability with data‑driven problem solving.
Excellent communication skills in local language and English (written & verbal).
Experience managing third‑party resources on a regional
ational scale.
Experience managing contingent workforce during peak seasons.
Flexible to work a variety of hours including overnight, weekends, holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Operations or related; MBA preferred.
Experience in a startup environment.
Ability to handle changing priorities, use good judgment in stressful situations.
Interest in long‑term career development.

The base salary range for this position is 135,000.00 – 182,700.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
