Sr. Manager, Strategic Insights & Tools
The Sr. Manager, Strategic Insights & Tools will support the Category Strategy & Insights team in developing and automating best‑in‑class analytics and insights for the Advanced Hydration division at The Coca‑Cola Company. This role will focus on building out best‑in‑class insights for the Sports Drink Categories. They will partner with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Strategy to deliver actionable insights, support ad‑hoc requests, and create clear, compelling presentations for stakeholders. This role will report to the Director of Strategic Insights & Tools.

Responsibilities

Category Expert for the Sports Drink Category with a focus on support for Coca‑Cola Brands (BODYARMOR & POWERADE)

Partner with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Commercial and Strategy to analyze data, develop insights that align with company objectives

Create Excel based tools that align with company objectives (e.g., Innovation Tracking, Competitive Analysis, Brand Deep‑Dives)

Demonstrated ability to create high quality PowerPoint presentations and deliver clear, engaging presentations

Strong understanding of Sales, Shopper Panel & Consumer Insights data and how to leverage insights. Ability to leverage various data sources into actionable insights to support decision‑making processes

Share pertinent & thorough updates supporting new technology, reporting capabilities, system developments, and enhancements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related analytical field required

6+ years relevant CPG Insights or Analytical Modeling Experience required

High proficiency with modeling and presenting data to a variety of audiences required

Hybrid model at Atlanta office required (3 days in‑office)

Advanced Excel (with experience presenting data models required) and PowerPoint

Team player with exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

Demonstrated business acumen, attention to detail, and time‑management abilities

Experience building reports using POS and syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana)

Preferred

Experience leveraging insights tools and platforms (e.g., Kantar, Mintel, PlacerAI, Euromonitor)

Pay Range: United States of America: $139,600 - $157,900
