About the Job
Kissinger Legal Search is assisting a leading international law firm in its search for a talented 2nd – 4th year Litigation Associate to join its growing team in its Northern California office. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a highly collaborative litigation group representing industry‑leading clients across technology, banking, professional services, manufacturing, and commerce. Associates will gain meaningful responsibility early, including helping shape case strategy, managing key aspects of matters, and working directly with partners and clients.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing case strategy, managing substantive aspects of litigation matters, and collaborating directly with partners and clients.
Requirements
2–4 years of commercial or complex litigation experience at a top law firm
Federal judicial clerkship experience strongly preferred
Exceptional writing, advocacy, and analytical skills
Strong academic credentials and communication abilities
Benefits
Compensation: $235,000 – $310,000 depending on experience and location
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office
