Catering Manager 2
to lead catering operations for a high‑profile corporate client. This position oversees a dynamic, fast‑paced catering program that includes executive meetings, large‑scale events, and elevated hospitality experiences. As part of a strategic, nationally visible account, the Catering Manager 2 ensures that every event reflects the client’s brand, SodexoMagic’s standards, and a commitment to exceptional service.
This is a hands‑on, strategic leadership role for a hospitality professional who thrives in complex environments, leads with confidence, and elevates every detail of the guest experience.
What You'll Do
Leads and manages daily catering operations, logistics, and staff, ensuring every delivery and event is executed with seamless precision.
Oversees the full catering sales and planning process, partnering closely with high-profile clients to design and execute sophisticated, high-quality events.
Ensures the catering team has the necessary tools, resources, and support to consistently meet premium service standards and operational deadlines.
Manages labor and food costs to ensure strict alignment with budget requirements, proactively making adjustments to maintain financial efficiency.
Supervise and guides the catering staff by delegating tasks and setting priorities to maintain "Gold Standard" operating procedures across all functions.
Maintains the high level of flexibility required to support varying event schedules and evolving business needs within a fast‑paced corporate environment
