Sell-Side Account Executive
with a fast-growing fintech company transforming equity capital markets through data, analytics, and connectivity. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where youll own both new business and existing relationships ideal for someone early in their career looking to break into a high-growth fintech environment and build deep relationships across the ECM ecosystem.

A capital markets technology platform designed to modernize equity capital markets workflows. It connects buy-side and sell-side firms, delivering real-time data, improving collaboration, and enabling smarter decision-making across the deal lifecycle. Trusted by leading global investment banks and institutional investors, the platform is becoming a critical piece of infrastructure in ECM.
What Youll Do (Responsibilities):
Own a book of business drive renewals, expansion, and retention
Prospect and close new business within an assigned territory
Build relationships with key stakeholders across ECM, Trading, IT, and Sales Trading
Drive platform adoption and create champion users within accounts
Identify upsell opportunities and proactively mitigate churn risks
Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure value delivery
Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting in CRM
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
Provide customer feedback and market insights to internal teams
What Youll Bring (Requirements):
2-4 years professional experience in ECM, investment banking, finance, sales, or similar industries
MUST HAVE
exposure to equity capital markets (ECM)
Background in investment banking or investment management strongly preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Experience managing renewals and driving account growth is a plus
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Entrepreneurial mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $100K $115K
OTE: $200K $230K
