QUICK SUMMARY/ Position Overview
We're hiring a Commercial Operations Project Manager to help scale and optimize how our commercial organization operates. This role is a key connector across sales, operations, IT, and leadership, ensuring that systems, data, and processes are aligned to support growth.
You'll take ownership of CRM data integrity, reporting infrastructure, and cross-functional initiatives, while leading projects that improve efficiency, visibility, and execution across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Own Salesforce data integrity, reporting, and workflows
Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through sustainment
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and reports
Drive data cleanup, standardization, and account structure improvements
Support system integrations and technology rollouts
Develop training materials and documentation for new processes
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
Experience managing cross-functional projects
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
