This role involves assisting pharmacists with medication preparation, ensuring accurate processing, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and dispensing prescription medications under pharmacist supervision Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume workflow Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to prescription processing Escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution Support overall pharmacy operations and maintain compliance with all regulations Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Active Pharmacy Technician License required Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience (externships/training not included) Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required Key Skills & Competencies Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Effective decision-making under pressure Excellent communication skills Ability to manage escalations appropriately Strong time management and organizational skills This is a great opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician looking to grow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while gaining valuable experience and advancing their career.
