Qualifications:
Active RN license in New Mexico or compact state
Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Experience in a Level III (or higher) Trauma setting preferred
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Triage, assess, and care for patients with acute medical emergencies
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
Administer medications, perform diagnostic interventions, monitor patient status
Documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families
