Responsibilities

Delivers compassionate resident care in alignment with the mission of Holland Home

Conducts assessments, administers medications, maintains the medication cart, and follows through with physician orders

Provides guidance and supervision to CNAs and other assigned staff

Assists physicians with evaluations and procedures as directed

Ensures timely completion of all necessary documentation

Establishes trusting relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support and addressing any concerns that may arise

Full-Time RN/LPN Opportunities

2nd shift | 2:30pm - 11pm | 72hrs per pay period

Week 1: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat; Week 2: Sun, Tue, Wed, Fri

2nd Shift | 2:30pm - 11pm | 72hrs per pay period

Week 1: Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri; Week 2: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat

2nd Shift | 2:30pm - 11pm | 72hrs per pay period

Week 1: Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat; Week 2: Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri

2nd Shift | 2:30pm - 11pm | 48hrs per pay period

Week 1: Fri, Mon, Sat; Week 2: Sun, Tue, Thu

Shift Premium

Pick Up Pay Provided For Additional Shifts Picked Up

$4 extra during the week

$6 extra for a weekend shift

$8 extra for a holiday shift

Qualifications and Requirements

A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required

Must be CPR certified

Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required

Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
