CNA Grand Rapids Team; PRN home visits, No Weekends, No Holidays!
Monday – Friday
This position will start as per diem and will work full time from July–November and may be extended.

Atrio Home Care is a partnership of Holland Home and Resthaven home health agencies. We are growing and are seeking a passionate home health CNA to grow with us!
Atrio Offers
Manageable caseloads with clients concentrated within a manageable geographic territory.
Personalized, thorough training program – orient one-on-one and then work closely with an assigned preceptor in the field until you’re comfortable.
Scheduling to help you maintain a healthy work/life balance.
Work autonomously but still be part of a strong team.

What Will You Do?
Our CNAs provide compassionate care to our clients in a person-centered care environment, including assistance with activities of daily living, emotional support and monitoring the client’s needs.
Must be able to travel and work autonomously anywhere within our service area: Primarily Grand Rapids, may also be needed on the lakeshore.

Education And Experience
Valid/current CNA certificate in good standing through the State of Michigan.
Experience in one or more of the following: private duty, home care, hospice, or assisted living.
Must be at least 18 years of age, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, a clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen, access to a computer and an email address. We do require that all Atrio Home Care staff members have their own vehicle because not all clients are located on a bus line and it is a privacy violation for anyone to be dropped off at a client’s home location.
