Peak Partners represents a boutique corporate transaction law firm in the Mid-Atlantic region seeking an experienced attorney to support a steady and growing deal flow.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned transactional attorney who enjoys the work itself, collaborating with clients, structuring deals, and executing high-quality transactions—without the pressure of business development. The firm is specifically looking for someone who can step in as either lead counsel or second chair on sophisticated mid-market transactions and immediately add value to an active client base. If the candidate does have a portable book of business that will be fine as well.
The position offers flexibility, including a fully remote option, with the expectation of East Coast working hours. The firm maintains a Maryland office and is planning to expand with a second location in Florida.
