A respected law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its healthcare practice group in Houston, Texas. This opportunity is well‑suited for attorneys with 2–5 years of experience handling healthcare regulatory and corporate transactional matters who are looking to deepen their industry expertise within a sophisticated, collaborative practice.

The healthcare group advises a diverse client base that includes healthcare providers, physician practices, hospitals, health systems, investors, and other healthcare industry participants. Attorneys in this role work closely with experienced partners and senior attorneys on matters involving regulatory compliance, transactional structuring, and strategic counseling. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
