Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Verify patient information and insurance coverage
Collect co-payments and process payments
Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software a plus
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures a plus
