Position Summary
The rehabilitation team at Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Cheswick), is seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who brings energy, compassion, and purpose to their work. Working under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA provides high-quality therapy services that help residents regain independence and improve daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Occupational Therapist to carry out personalized treatment plans

Help residents improve daily living skills and regain independence

Deliver hands‑on therapeutic interventions with empathy and encouragement

Track, document, and communicate patient progress clearly and accurately

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that values your input

Educate residents and families on techniques that support long‑term success

Maintain a safe, organized, and positive therapy environment

Qualifications

Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Active state license (or eligibility) in Pennsylvania

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting is a plus but not required
