FT House Supervisor RN- Days
This Position's Schedule Will Alternate Every Other Weekend.
Responsibilities
Responsible for staffing, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for psychiatric and chemically dependent patients during each designated shift. Also responsible for the operational and programmatic management of the designated shift and for assisting in the professional growth and development of nursing staff by carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s standards. This position is responsible for planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems when needed.
Requirements
Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
Valid license with the Board of Nursing for the State of Florida.
Prefer three (3) years Clinical Psychiatric Nursing experience with one of those years including supervisory duties.
Must have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
