What You'll Do
Perform
precision assembly, cleaning, deburring, and hand‑finishing
of medical components
Follow
work instructions, blueprints, and production routers
to ensure accuracy
Inspect parts during assembly to verify
fit, finish, and cleanliness
Conduct
in‑process inspections and basic testing
to meet customer specifications
Identify and report
nonconforming parts or materials
Maintain a
clean, organized, and compliant work area
What We're Looking For
Experience with
hand tools
(assembly, manufacturing, or similar work preferred)
Strong
hand-eye coordination
and ability to perform repetitive tasks
High level of
attention to detail and quality
Ability to read and follow
written instructions and diagrams/blueprints
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Clean manufacturing or
cleanroom environment
(PPE required)
Standing or sitting for extended periods
Frequent use of hands for
fine motor work and small components
Ability to bend, reach, and perform visual inspections
