Job Opening: Mobile Clinic Clinician
We are looking for a Mobile Clinic Clinician to join our team in Southern California.
Our DOC Van Mobile Clinic stops in Santa Clarita, Simi Valley, Oxnard, and Woodland Hills. Candidates should live near the current stops, the Valley, or Ventura County.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
Based on our DOC Van Mobile Clinic, you will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents rely on our Clinicians as experts in evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and related ear conditions. Our clinicians develop strong relationships with families throughout their treatment.
Desired backgrounds:
Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists with knowledge of symmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development.
Registered Nurses with hands‑on patient care experience and compassion for families.
Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists and Certified Orthotists with hands‑on orthotic experience.
Preferred: Background in pediatrics, but not required due to our formal training program.
Responsibilities
Treat infants using DOC Band® and EarWell® products.
Establish rapport and provide care from initial evaluation to follow‑up.
Drive the mobile clinic to each location and set up patient area.
Perform daily operational tasks, including safety checks and supply monitoring.
Pick up DOC Band® materials from FedEx locations as needed.
Collaborate with the mobile clinic team to maintain high‑quality patient care.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist.
Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Professional, dependable, able to work independently.
Must be able to commute independently to DOC Van locations during scheduled shifts.
