Mobile Clinic Baby Imaging Specialist
We are looking for a Mobile Clinic Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team in Southern California. Our Doc Van Mobile Clinic currently stops in Santa Clarita, Simi Valley, Oxnard, and Woodland Hills. The ideal candidate lives near the current stops, The Valley, or Ventura County.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (with occasional Saturday hours).

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.

Work as a team to complete a three‑dimensional, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®).

Act as point person to calibrate, operate, and ensure optimal performance of the DSi® imaging equipment.

Schedule new patient and follow‑up appointments in Intergy (Practice Management Software).

Obtain, enter, and process patient information in Intergy.

Perform general medical office duties, including answering phones and cleaning patient rooms.

Qualifications & Experience

Energetic and enthusiastic personality (MUST).

Able to learn new things quickly and apply them in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment.

Capable of juggling many duties while keeping patient experience a top priority.

Experience in one of the following: caring for or working with infants/children, high‑end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging.

Additional Responsibilities

Drive the mobile clinic to optimal parking spaces as needed.

Perform basic daily mobile clinic/RV operational tasks, including safety checks and monitoring supplies.

Pick up materials and DOC Band® products from FedEx locations as required.

Collaborate with DOC Van team members to ensure high‑quality patient care.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to squat and bend.

Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.

Must be able to position and handle patients to ensure DSi® images are captured.

Must be able to move at a fast pace.

Hourly compensation: $21.50 – $22.00 an hour, with potential increase in 3–6 months based on performance and tenure.
