Responsibilities

Work closely with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers to build knowledge of clinical and product knowledge, selling styles and techniques. They will serve as coaches and mentors.
Receive training and study independently to perform at the highest levels in the operating room, alongside surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Represent Stryker as a leader in the industry and the marketplace.
Identify and promote solutions and sell products that improve patients’ lives.
Collaborate with the team to build the business one customer and account at a time. Identify and prospect new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Assist Sales Representatives in determining resources needed to achieve sales objectives and execute the plan, including educational programs, product development initiatives, and sales strategies.
Foster a culture and environment that makes CMF a destination for top performers and a place where people’s careers thrive.
What you need

1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Comfortable adapting to new technology and business advancements.
Must be comfortable in emergency and operating room environments.
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems.
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt as days change quickly.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships in a sales capacity.
Prepared to spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals (including some weekends and some overnight travel).
Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy schedule.
Must have access to a personal car to transport product inventory and travel to support customers.
Learns from setbacks and develops tactics and strategies to minimize recurrence.

Compensation and Benefits

$73,500 – $84,000 and may be eligible to earn bonus plus benefits. Health benefits include medical and prescription drug insurance, dental, vision, critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, personalized healthcare support and wellbeing programs; tobacco cessation program. Financial benefits include HSA, FSAs, 401(k), ESPP, basic life and AD&D insurance, and short-term disability.
