Responsibilities
Work closely with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers to build knowledge, skill, and comfort with clinical and product knowledge as well as selling styles and techniques.
Receive training and study independently to perform at the highest levels in the operating room, working with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Represent Stryker as a leader in our industry and marketplace.
Identify and promote solutions and sell products that change patients’ lives.
Collaborate with the team to build your own business one customer and account at a time, identifying and prospecting new customers while taking care of existing ones.
Assist Sales Representatives in determining necessary resources needed for customers to achieve sales objectives and execute the plan.

Requirements
1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Comfortability with adapting to new technology and business advancements.
Comfortable in emergency and operating room environments.
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
Experience with marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems.
Capacity to deal with competing priorities and adapt to quickly changing days.
Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships in a sales capacity.
Prepared to spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals (including some weekends and overnight travel).
Highly organized and able to manage a busy schedule.
Must have a personal car to transport product inventory and travel to support customers.
Learns from setbacks and develops tactics and strategies to minimize recurrence.

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000, may be eligible to earn a bonus plus benefits.
