Accounting Intern – Cost Accounting & ERP Reporting

3D Plastics is a trusted plastic injection molding company serving a variety of industries with precision, quality, and innovation. We are nearing completion of a new ERP system rollout and are seeking a motivated Accounting Intern with an interest in cost accounting with Crystal Reports experience preferred to help us maximize the system’s value and strengthen our financial reporting.

What You’ll Do

Assist in cost accounting processes during and after ERP implementation.

Help develop and customize reports using Crystal Reports.

Support analysis of production costs, variances, and profitability.

Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve cost visibility.

Contribute to ensuring data accuracy and consistency in the ERP system.

Gain exposure to real-world accounting in a manufacturing environment.

What We’re Looking For

Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Interest or coursework in cost accounting (manufacturing exposure a plus).

Familiarity with Crystal Reports and/or ERP systems (training provided as needed).

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
