Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay range:
$19.93+ per hour (salary offers based on skills, training, experience, education, certifications, market and organizational factors; eligible for annual performance bonus)

Responsibilities
Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screenings, and insurance exams.
Administer oral solutions as trained.
Verify and research test/client information and confirm orders using lab technology systems, client contact, and approved tools.
Navigate computers and enter data accurately.
Obtain identification, enter billing information, and collect payments when required in accordance with corporate policies.
Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport per test order.
Perform non‑patient‑facing duties: inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and using email.
Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.
Maintain phlebotomy logs, maintenance logs, and temperature logs in a timely manner.
Complete online and in‑person training courses promptly.
Qualifications
Three years phlebotomy experience, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Flexible and available to meet staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime.
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and clean driving record, if applicable.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic training).
Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
Ability to effectively communicate in English is required.
