Composite Technician
As a composite technician you will assemble components by laying composites and materials such as pre‑impregnated carbon fiber and fiberglass cloth onto molds and process parts through molding operations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the hand layup of advanced composite materials on designated tooling per specific work instructions and customer specifications.

Performs advanced composite operations including trimming, vacuum‑bagging, basic repair, material preparation, weighing, finishing, and molding operations.

Inspects in‑process and finished products using hand measurement tools and other test procedures.

Records inspection results where required.

Maintains work orders and calculates time to ensure product quality while providing suggestions for improvement.

Ability to comprehend and follow written specifications.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Excellent hand dexterity and coordination.

Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Employment Type and Schedule
Type: Full Time, Non‑Exempt

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday – Thursday; Friday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM Monday – Thursday
