Facility HVAC Technician – Commercial (Stationary Role)

A leading commercial mechanical services provider is seeking an experienced Facility HVAC Technician to support operations at a single commercial site in the Hampton area. This is a stationary, facility-based role, ideal for technicians looking to move away from constant travel and work in a more stable environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair:
Medium to large HVAC systems
Heating and cooling equipment
Associated control systems
Use diagnostic tools and instruments to identify system issues
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble HVAC components
Perform general facility maintenance tasks as needed
Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure system performance
Follow all OSHA safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
Experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Strong troubleshooting and repair experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems
Familiarity with:
Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Hydronic systems
Refrigeration systems (preferred)
EPA Certification required
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
