On-Site Help Desk Engineer (Mac/Windows, Imaging & ITSM)

CRB Workforce is looking for a Help Desk Engineer to provide support for both Mac and Windows systems in Andover, MA. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in help desk support, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in tools like Active Directory and Office 365. Responsibilities include managing incidents in the ITSM system, troubleshooting software and hardware, and supporting end-users through various channels. This is a contract position with a pay rate of $24-28/hour.
