Job Overview
Construction Assistant Project Manager. Lead and support a $60M+ ground‑up project in Tampa and assist a $250M ground‑up commercial general contractor. This role is based in St. Petersburg, Florida and requires no travel.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year. Additional benefits include:

Qualifications
1+ years of experience in construction management
Experience with ground‑up commercial construction projects
Responsibilities
