A highly reputable commercial interiors firm is experiencing rapid growth across its regional portfolio and is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to lead high‑value interior construction projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role offering autonomy, visibility with ownership, and a strong pipeline of secured work.

With a close‑knit team and a reputation for delivering high‑quality interior construction, the business has recently secured a significant volume of new work and is entering an exciting growth phase. Known for its entrepreneurial culture, the company empowers its Superintendents to run projects with full ownership while maintaining direct access to decision‑makers.

Description
As the Lead Superintendent, you will report into the General Superintendent and take full ownership of multiple commercial interior projects across the region.

You will:

Lead all on‑site construction activity for Class A commercial interior and tenant improvement projects

Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Oversee multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a strong on‑site presence

Coordinate closely with Project Managers, ownership, and operations leadership

Enforce safety standards and best practices across all job sites

Mentor and develop junior field staff and assistant superintendents

Act as the senior on‑site authority, driving accountability and performance

Profile
For the Lead Superintendent role, we are seeking:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction

Strong background delivering Class A office and corporate interior projects

Experience with medical or industrial tenant improvement projects is also valuable

Proven ability to manage multiple fast‑paced interior projects simultaneously

A self‑sufficient, proactive leadership style with strong decision‑making skills

Experience working with regional general contractors on local project portfolios

Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior talent

Job Offer

$120k-$140k base salary
