Job Description
Performs the duties of the Boiler Plant Operator/Mechanic classification while serving as a lead point of contact in the absence of management
Supports coordination of work activities and communication between technicians and management as needed
Provides technical guidance and mentorship to team members as issues arise
Assists in maintaining consistent operation of critical utility systems
Performs specialized technical and machinist-related tasks as needed
Serves as a resource for plant systems and operations
This role does not include supervisory or human resources responsibilities
Performs related work as required to support operational needs
Must be authorized to work in the US
No relocation assistance is available
