Responsibilities
Coordinate flight operations ensuring compliance with FAR Part 135 regulations and the General Operations Manual.
Maintain operational control procedures, including trip coordination, flight tracking, and communication with crew and leadership.
Plan and coordinate domestic and international trips, managing permits, customs, and regulatory documentation.
Monitor active flights, ensuring safety through meticulous flight tracking and operational awareness.
Manage aircraft scheduling and communicate operational changes to crews and relevant departments.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; a college degree or aviation-related education is preferred.
Experience in aviation operations, dispatch, or flight coordination is preferred.
Knowledge of FAR Part 135 operations is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or operational coordination.
