Our agency currently has more qualified inbound leads than our team can handle and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for motivated insurance sales agents who want to work in a high-energy, supportive, and performance-focused environment where effort is rewarded and growth is real.
Responsibilities

Work a high volume of warm inbound leads daily
Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, and Umbrella insurance
Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email to close business
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize value for clients
Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline in our CRM
Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance development
Requirements

Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
Sales-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable
Comfortable handling high call and lead volume
Professional communication skills (phone, text, email)
Ability to manage time, priorities, and pipeline effectively
