Assistant Controller - $90k-$125k

I’m partnering with a growing manufacturing company looking to add an Assistant Controller to their team. This is a high-impact role with visibility across a growing business!

What you’ll be doing:

Oversee general accounting, cost accounting, AP/AR, and financial reporting

Lead month‑end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis

Support SOX compliance and internal controls

Partner with leadership on financial insights and business decisions

Assist with audits and corporate reporting requirements

What they’re looking for:

5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing required)

Strong background in standard costing + general accounting

Experience with SOX (required)

Systems experience (ERP + strong Excel skills)
